2. Description of Service

Annexa is a compliance assistance tool for GPAI (General Purpose AI) model providers subject to EU AI Act obligations (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). It provides checklists, document templates, generators, and a compliance registry to help organisations document and track their regulatory obligations.

3. No Legal Advice

All documents, checklists, templates and compliance assessments generated or provided by Annexa are for informational and assistance purposes only, and do not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified legal professional specialised in EU AI Act compliance before making compliance decisions.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information when creating your account or compliance registries.
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, templates and interfaces provided by Annexa are the property of Leandro Sierra. You may use generated documents for your own compliance purposes but may not resell, redistribute or claim authorship of the Annexa platform or its proprietary templates.

6. Limitation of Liability

Annexa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Leandro Sierra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on generated documents for regulatory compliance purposes.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Annexa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
